Open Harness

From lexicon to a harness you own — Hermes Desktop, end to end.

Part I covers AI basics, install, soul, gateway, and tools. Part II covers memory, vault, skills, security, and cron. Day one is local Desktop; advanced hosts and Docker appear in Settings only when needed. Labels follow official Hermes docs.

Desktop only

Download Hermes Desktop. Day one is local Desktop. Docker, remote providers, and always-on hosts appear in Settings when relevant — after chat works. UI labels follow official docs and will move.

The course has two parts

Finish Part I first (Desktop default). Part II assumes Hermes is running, has a soul, and can talk from Telegram.

Part I

Your sovereign agent

Basics and lexicon, then Hermes Desktop on your PC — soul, Telegram gateway, and a first tools proof.

You leave with shared vocabulary, a working Desktop install, a written soul, Telegram access, and proof the agent can act with tools.

Part II

Your compounding harness

Memory, vault, skills, security dials, and cron — each as its own module so the system compounds.

You leave with durable memory on disk, a linked vault, skills under control, documented trust settings, and one self-contained cron runbook.
