Export and handoff

01Handoff is the real product

If the only way to see the work is “open the agent chat,” you still rent. Handoff is the discipline of packaging sources + exports + regenerate instructions.

Clients and future-you do not have your chat history. They have files. If a file is missing from handoff/, it does not exist for them.

02What to leave out

• ·Chat transcripts and half-broken v0 drafts unless you need them for forensics
• ·API keys, .env, tokens — never in a handoff zip
• ·Full rejects/ dumps — keep only if the client asked for process proof
• ·Node_modules or render caches if you experimented with motion by mistake
